We are the original Hot Yoga studio in Naples. This year we celebrate 12 years of teaching and learning together. By simply adding heat to a Hatha Yoga practice you allow your body and mind to heal and unwind. We’re a thriving community of all ages, sizes, cultures and levels of understanding.
