Welcome to Hot Yoga Naples!!
We are the only Hot yoga studio in Naples. By simply adding heat to a Hatha Yoga practice you will allow your body and mind to heal and unwind. We’re a thriving community of all ages, sizes, cultures and levels of understanding. We teach a 90 minute hot yoga class which is comprised of 26 beginning postures and 2 breathing exercises. These postures are designed to heal your body, mind and soul. This class is a beginning level Hatha class, we do not do any advanced postures. The 26 Postures we do scientifically bring fresh oxygenated blood to every part of your body. All levels of ability and understanding are welcome. Whatever it is in your life that is drawing you to Yoga, listen. All you have to do is be willing to show up and the benefits will unfold.
